Customer services should be personalised. Operations should be optimised. And strategy decisions deserved to be properly informed. Each of these draws on AI.

Sustainability: good, and good for business
Sustainability (ESG) is a growing priority for boards, for customers, and in society at large.
There are emerging standards for minimum corporate reporting, notably Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). But just as no business takes financial decisions based only on the annual accounts, this is inadaquate for leadership decision-making, and provides only a basic standard for compliance.
We work with leadership to identify which of the many 'currencies' of sustainability to focus on, and how to do so. Often this correlates with data capabilities, which are needed to report current performance and reliably forecast ahead.
We typically find opportunities for rapid action, such as 'customer inclusion': addressing product and service shortfalls that impact uptake, which aligns with revenue growth.
